Your privacy, in plain words.

Who we are

Trident Studios is a brand of Trident Event Group Inc., a company based at 19 Premier Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba R7B 3N9, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you book with us. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy is effective October 13, 2026.

What we collect

• Inquiry details — when you fill in our inquiry form, email, call or text us, we collect what you choose to share: names, email address, phone number, event date, venue or location, guest count, the services you’re interested in, and any notes about your day.
• Booking details — if you book, we keep your contract, invoices, payment records and the planning details we need to photograph your event.
• Website analytics — we use analytics tools that set cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). This data is used in aggregate to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, check availability, prepare quotes, deliver the services you book, send contracts and invoices, deliver your photographs, and keep in touch about your event. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us deliver your event and run our business — for example our booking and CRM software, email, payment processing, file delivery, and analytics tools — and with team members or sister Trident Event Group brands working on your event. These providers may store data outside Canada and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your photographs

We may share selected images from your event in our portfolio or on social media. If you’d prefer we didn’t, tell us and we’ll respect that.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s useful for responding to you and following up. Booking records are kept as long as needed to deliver your event and to meet tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further use (subject to legal and contractual limits). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Send any request or privacy question to hello@tridenteventgroup.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
